About The Poem In The Best Tradition
In the Best Tradition is an inspirational poem about looking out for others before yourself. On January 30, 2021 Officer Matthew Knowlton was hit by a car that crossed into his lane at about 76 miles per hour. Officer Knowlton cut himself out of his crushed police cruiser and climbed out of the window. Despite having a shattered leg, he crawled to offer assistance to the other driver. Both are now recovering from their injuries. With all the negative press today, there are still plenty of examples like this. You just need to take the time to look for them. It’s real easy to see the negative in any situation. Those are the things that make the news. You just need to look a little harder and you will see people doing good things without an expectation of being rewarded.
Do something nice for someone today. Preferably something that they can never repay. You may change their life.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
