What do you think time looks like
ls it a path or flowing stream
Or maybe it’s a circle
Like a vast repeating dream
Perhaps that is too simple
And time includes some choice
Where what happens is different
As you exercise your voice
The shape of time is changing
As we try to understand
Even as we are grasping
It slips right from our hands
We are not simply players
Perhaps writers as well
Changing the direction
Of the story we must tell
About the Poem The Shape of Time
The poem The Shape of Time is about stepping back from our reality and thinking about how things happen. Is time linear and observable at different points on the same path? Does it go in a circle and repeat. Are we changing time by interacting with it?
We may not know the answers, but we can make the assumption that our actions change outcomes. It may or may not be true but it’s a better premise than nothing we do matters because everything is predetermined. The more intentional we are about our future, the more likely that it will be the future that we want.

The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
