No one is too small
To change the course of man
Each of us is special
And does all that we can
Strength can come from anywhere
From words or thoughts and deeds
By making the world better
For those that are in need
Maybe you just help someone
And go out of your way
Making them feel special
And brighten up their day
It’s often just these little things
That make the world a better place
Changing life for one person
With a smile on their face
About the Poem Too Small
Too Small is about how we often view ourselves. We think we are not enough. We might think that we are not old enough, rich enough, tall enough or smart enough to do X. None of these things are true. As Henry Ford said “If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are right!”.
Don’t underestimate what your impact is going to be on the world. You may not win a Nobel prize, or even a trophy at school. But we can all make the world better for someone. You don’t need to be artistic or make a grand gesture. Maybe you help someone with their groceries, or give a waitress a nice tip. What about a thank you note? There are millions of little things we can do for the people in our lives – as well as those who aren’t in our lives.
Next time you go through the drive up to get your donut and coffee, pay for the person behind you. We did this once at a McDonalds, and happened to come back a few weeks later and the woman at the window looks out and says, “You’re the one!” Apparently our one action caused a domino effect that went on for more than an hour with each car buying the items for the person behind them. Your action may be contagious. How are you going to change the world today?
Inspirational Poetry Books

Reading my earlier books (especially the ones for Military, Police and Firefighter’s families) cover to cover can be overwhelming. The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
