A little bit of magic
The colors at their peak
A voice off in the distance
As winter starts to speak
A few leaves are still clinging
The last to hold their place
And then a breeze comes calling
And they are gone without a trace
A little bit of drama
Before leaving the stage
The Ending of a chapter
The turning of a page
Rest and then renewal
The cycle starts again
We keep the memories with us
Until the cycle starts again
About the Poem Something About October
The poem Something About October is an idea I got from a local content creator Kyle Finn Dempsey. He does some amazing drone footage of New England. He’s also a good storyteller. October is a time of celebration, but it’s also the final act before the play is over for the year. Winter is just around the corner. We try to take in the last bit of color that nature has to share, before it’s gone. As the leaves blow away, we are left with only memories. Until next time.

Reading my earlier books (especially the ones for Military, Police and Firefighter’s families) cover to cover can be overwhelming. The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
