Can’t possibly be true
They don’t describe the emotions
As felt by each of you
But like a summer rainstorm
The tears will soon be gone
The stories and the memories
Will always carry on
It might not seem enough
Before the curtain call

About the Poem This is Wonderful
The poem This is Wonderful is sort of a phone call from heaven. The woman who married my wife and I a few decades ago finally left us just short of her 90th birthday. She had been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Lots of memories that she lost touch with in her last few years. Alzheimer’s disease is like a prison that keeps you from yourself and those you love. I’d like to think that when people are freed, they get to reconnect again – and more.

Reading my earlier books (especially the ones for Military, Police and Firefighter’s families) cover to cover can be overwhelming. The poetry journals are designed to give you one poem per day while you journal about what might be going on in your life. There are specific journals for grief, success, and more.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
