Goes beyond the reds and blues
A symbol of diversity
And the many paths we choose
The power of a rainbow
Is the connection that it makes
Spanning the horizon
Sunshine is all that it takes
With darkness there are no rainbows
The beauty blocked from sight
The colors all are shattered
And lost now to the night
Tomorrow there will be sunshine
And we will watch the skies

Shattered Rainbows is an inspirational poem to remember those who were killed in the nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. Aside from the obvious pain and loss of life, hate crimes often simply breed more hate. We often focus on evening the score rather than preventing it from happening again. You can’t erase one tragedy by committing a similar one on those responsible. The key is to find a way to make the event have meaning in a positive way. We can’t bring back people lost in events like this, but we shouldn’t let them be forgotten. Let their lives stand for something and make the world a better place.

Inspirational Poetry Products
While I do signed poetry prints that are 11×14, that isn’t the size or product that all people want. Some just want a sympathy card, others may want a large canvas print, or maybe a coffee cup. There are limits to what I can customize with the options available so some products just don’t work. Please just ignore them, I know that that format doesn’t work. If you are looking for something specific, or would like to make something specific just let me know. I’m open to just about anything.
