A Little Thank You

Words sometimes forgotten
Or cast about with ease
Stuck inside the patterns
Of doing as we please

Sometimes it’s forgotten
Or sometimes just assumed
Patterned expectations
And responsibilities presumed

Sometimes there is no equal
To gifts that one bestows
Or how to show appreciation
So that everybody knows

So here’s a little thank you
For things too big to say
And all you do for others
Each and every day

All of these inspirational poems are written by Robert Longley and are copyrighted. I’m up for just about anything and I respond to all requests.
